To Die For Sunroom Designs

Sunroom designs

The wonderful thing about a sunroom is that you can use it all year long. In Atlanta, even if it’s screened-in versus glassed-in, you’re likely to get four seasons out of it what with fans in the summer and blankets or fireplace in the winter. Sunrooms provide a little getaway—a moment to read a book, catch up with family and friends, grab a bite (for those lucky enough to have space for a dining table) or take a nap. They are bright, airy and simply divine. What kind of sunroom designs are you dreaming about? The following are a few of our favorite sunroom designs in Atlanta and beyond.

The chocolate walls on this Ansley Park tudor-style home give it a real cozy feeling and like it’s an extension of the nature that is beyond its screens. We love the addition of the potted plants and custom-made wood coffee table that bring more of the outdoors into this beauty of a space.

This traditional residence is owned and was designed by Linda McDougal of Postcard from Paris Home. She chose Sherwin-Williams Natural Choice paint color to brighten up her stunning renovated sunroom. It pairs beautifully with the neutral tones and contrasts with the dark brown trim.

This large, classic back porch slash sunroom with tumble slate tile flooring offers multiple places for lounging and dining. The ceiling paint (match: Sherwin-Williams Wildwood Crest) ties the decor all together. Just lovely. We’d spend all of our time in this space if we lived here!

Boasting a Nantucket style, this upscale lakeside home in Lake Keowee features a screened sunroom with a Chippendale railing. Both the railing and the ceiling feature Sherwin-Williams Natural Choice paint color, the perfect pairing to its gray slate flooring and light beige and brown decor.
